Visa and Travel Arrangements

All overseas delegates are requested to apply to the nearest Indian Embassy/Consulate for getting their visa. Visa-related information may be found here. Upon request, the Deshkal Society Secretary can send an invitation letter for visa purposes.

At this stage the organizing team is trying for financial support to cover travel cost for all participants. Applicants are requested to explore other avenues if possible as availability of travel allowance is limited. Air tickets will be issued only receipt of acceptable papers i.e. the paper submission deadline must be met.Delegates arriving by air at the New Delhi Airport will be received by the conference organizers
